Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of beatledger (the “Service”), operated by datafluent (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides training analysis and planning assistance based on data you import. It is a decision-support tool, not medical advice, a personal trainer, or a substitute for professional guidance. The invite-only pilot is available only to adults aged 18 or over.

2. Accounts

You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for the activity on your account. Access to the Service during the pilot phase is at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. The pilot is currently provided without charge to invited testers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or probe the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, upload malicious files, or use the Service to generate harmful content.

4. Health data

You may only import data that you are entitled to process. We process health-related data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, the app asks for it separately; accepting these Terms does not replace that consent.

5. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. During the pilot phase, downtime and data loss may occur. The Service does not provide a backup or recovery service for your source files; keep your original FIT files. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including training injuries, arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
